For this year’s Give Miami Day campaign, we’re celebrating the pillars of NWS’s 2020-21 season: innovation, inclusion and resilience. Through these programs and performances, NWS is bringing South Floridians together and underscoring the importance of the arts in daily life.

Innovation: NWS is reimagining in-person events during the pandemic by offering audiences safe, shared experiences and have recently hosted WALLCAST® concert events at Dezerland Park Drive-In and Hard Rock Stadium.

Resilience: Within one week of the cancellation of in-person events due to COVID-19, NWS Fellows launched an online chamber music series, performing live in small, safe, socially-distanced ensembles right from their apartment complex’s living room.

Inclusion: Through its College Track Mentorship Program, NWS provides free lessons, audition support and more to young classical instrumental musicians from backgrounds underrepresented and underserved in classical music.

Please consider making a gift to New World Symphony. Your gift will help support NWS's new Resilience Fund, created in response to the pandemic and made possible by a lead gift from NWS Trustee Dr. Judith Rodin.
